Wyatt Henderson
CPA
Wyatt earned his BS in Accounting from Coastal Carolina University and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over 25 years.
​
He is an expert in tax litigation representation, tax planning, financial analysis, and forensic accounting. Wyatt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He completes more than 50 hours of continuing education each year and has logged hundreds of hours of IRS representation and courtroom experience.

He and his team at ETS have helped hundreds of taxpayers resolve their tax issues, working closely with each client to develop the strategy that best fits their needs.
Stacy H. Greene
Certified Paralegal
Stacy is a Certified Paralegal with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She has over 25 years of legal experience, with the last 20 years specializing in litigation support, including document preparation and analysis, client interviews, investigations, research, trial preparation, and court appearances.

Stacy provides professional and confident support for our clients, ensuring each client remains current and compliant with all tax obligations once a resolution is reached. Stacy also manages the Firm’s payroll clients and works closely with all ETS clients and manages each engagement from the start.
Stephanie Woodard
Firm Director
Stephanie has been with ETS since early 2020, holding roles from administrative assistant to client service specialist before being promoted to Firm Director. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day management of the firm and ensures the exceptional client service ETS is known for.

Stephanie supports the team in analyzing client information and reviewing the final product against the high standards our clients expect. You'll still find her preparing payroll or handling the occasional tax return - Stephanie is the organized leader every successful firm needs.

Timothy J. "TJ" Mullins
Accountant
TJ joined ETS in 2026 as a full-charge accountant specializing in tax preparation and document analysis. Working behind the scenes, TJ organizes client documentation, analyzes information, and collaborates with the team to design solutions tailored to each client's needs.
TJ is a senior at Purdue University Global, graduating with a BS in Accounting in 2027, after which he plans to sit for the CPA exam. TJ is engaged to Wyatt and Stacy's youngest daughter.
