He is an expert in tax litigation representation, tax planning, financial analysis and forensic accounting. Wyatt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, S.C. Association of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the South Carolina Tax Council. Wyatt takes part in continuing education in excess of 60 hours per year. Wyatt has numerous hours of IRS representation and court room time. He works closely with each client to ensure the most effective strategy is developed and that the strategy matches the client’s needs.

Wendy has over fifteen years of experience in public accounting. Before becoming a member of Expert Tax Solutions of the Carolinas, LLC, she was one of the founding members of Henderson Accounting in Greer South Carolina. She is a 1992 graduate from the College of Charleston with a BS in Accounting and a BS in Business Administration. Wendy’s primary role is to examine and quality control check every financial and tax report generated.
